Since CreatorSutra primarily offers digital products and services, physical shipping is generally not applicable. This policy explains how our services and project deliverables are provided.
1. Delivery Method
Project files and deliverables may be shared through:
- Secure cloud storage links (Google Drive or similar platforms)
- WhatsApp (for updates or approved files, where applicable)
- Direct deployment to your website or hosting account (if included in the service)
2. Delivery Time
The delivery schedule depends on:
- Project size and complexity
- Timely submission of content, approvals, and required access by the client
- Third-party verification or platform processing, where applicable
An estimated delivery timeline will be communicated before the project begins.
3. Project Delays
If delays occur due to incomplete information, pending approvals, or missing content from the client, the project timeline may be extended accordingly. Any revised schedule will be communicated promptly.
4. Shipping Charges
As all services are delivered digitally, no shipping or courier charges apply.
5. Physical Deliveries
In the rare event that a physical product or printed material is included with a service, shipping costs, courier details, and estimated delivery time will be shared separately before dispatch.
